E-mail Attachment

This E-mail Attachment property box allows you to add an attachment for the E-mail activity.

Using the E-mail Attachment dialog

  1. Select the document you want to attach to the e-mail.
  2. Specify whether the attachment is a document or a folder by selecting Document or Folder.
  3. Note: If this activity is triggered by an entry of an entry type other than the one you specified and configured, the entry will be attached using the current attachment settings.

  4. Optional: Click Properties to open the Attachment Properties dialog.
  5. Click Ok to attach the entry.
